Pulivarthi Group is a healthcare staffing business based in Tega Cay, South Carolina. It has spent years filling clinical roles the conventional way and watching the same failures repeat: openings that were never budgeted, recruiters who had never set foot in a clinic, and fees that came due on a start date regardless of whether the hire lasted.
PayRecruiter is the answer to those failures: Pulivarthi Group’s own marketplace platform and brand, not a separate company, built on a different model so that it could make promises the staffing desk cannot. It does not employ recruiters; it admits independent Talent Partners for the field they have worked in. It does not take retainers; it invoices only when a hire starts. It does not accept a role until a person has verified it.
Two industries were chosen on purpose. Veterinary medicine and behavioral health share the same shape of problem — long vacancies, credential-heavy roles, and a supply of clinicians that generalist recruiters cannot evaluate. Depth in two fields beats breadth in twenty. New industries open only when there is a bench of people who have worked in them.
Who runs it
A small operations team reviews every application within one business day, verifies every opening before it goes live, and admits Talent Partners for their field. Recruiting itself is done entirely by those partners. Facility relationships are held by Growth Partners and by the team. Nobody at PayRecruiter is paid a commission on a start date.
What we will not do
- Take a retainer, charge exclusivity, or bill for effort.
- Post an opening that has not been verified by a person.
- Let a role reach a recruiter who has not worked in that field.
- Submit a clinician anywhere without their written consent for that specific role.
- Publish a figure — time to fill, average fee, placements made — that we cannot stand behind.
