For Clinical Candidates

A Talent Partner who's done your job. Finally.

Stop explaining your own credentials to generalist recruiters. On PayRecruiter, DVMs talk to veterinary veterans and clinicians talk to behavioral health veterans — about verified, real openings only.

Common questions

What candidates ask first.

Does PayRecruiter cost candidates anything?

No. Creating a profile and working with a Talent Partner is free for candidates, always. Talent Partners are paid by the hiring facility after a successful placement — never by you.

How is this different from a job board?

Every opening on PayRecruiter is verified — a real role, with real budget, at a facility we work with directly. And the Talent Partner representing you has actually worked in your field, so they understand your credentials, your caseload, and what you're actually looking for.

What roles do you place?

Live now: veterinary medicine (associate DVMs, ER/critical care, rural mixed-animal, shelter medicine, DACVIM specialists) and behavioral & mental health (psychiatrists, BCBAs, PMHNPs, clinical psychologists, psychiatric PA-Cs, LCSWs, SLPs).

Will my search stay confidential?

Yes. Your profile is visible only to the vetted Talent Partners in your vertical — not to employers browsing, and never publicly. You control what's shared and when.

Do I need US work authorization?

Yes — roles require authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship, unless a specific role states that sponsorship is available. Your Talent Partner confirms this with you before submitting.

Do I have to relocate?

No. Geography is part of your preferences and matching starts from your location, so roles come to you within the area you set. If you are open to relocating, say so and the map widens; if you are not, it does not.

What if two Talent Partners contact me about the same role?

There is never a conflict over who represents you. Consent is given per role and the platform blocks duplicate submissions, so only one Talent Partner can submit you to any given role — the one you said yes to.

What happens after I'm submitted?

The employer reviews your profile, interviews follow if there is mutual interest, and your Talent Partner keeps you informed at every step. You are never obligated to interview, continue, or accept an offer, and you can withdraw at any time at no cost.
