You ran the practice, worked the floor, held the license. PayRecruiter turns that network and know-how into freelance placement income — verified job orders waiting, payout visible before you start.
Get Access →Open Job Postings — roles assigned to your vertical. Every posting shows title, client, location, job type, and your payout. Every job comes from facilities we work with directly.
Review the full brief — skills, education, credentials. Build your candidate's profile in minutes from a resume or LinkedIn. You already know these roles; now you know this opening.
Submit, interview, place. Your payout lands on the schedule shown on the job order — the same number you saw before you took it on.
A traditional agency keeps the client relationship, the process, and most of the fee — you get a desk and a quota. The bench inverts that: the marketplace does the business development and the verification, and the specialist who fills the role keeps the economics.
Clinical veterans: former veterinary practice managers, hospital managers, technicians, clinicians, behavioral health operators — and career niche recruiters with a real track record in one of our live verticals. If you've held the seats you'd recruit for, you're who we built this for.
Every job order shows your payout before you take it on. Place the candidate and you're paid directly, on the schedule the job order showed you. No agency split, no invoicing chase, no business development.
No. The bench is freelance by design — many Talent Partners work placements alongside clinical or management roles. You choose which verified job orders to work and when.
Agencies hand you a desk, a quota, and a split. PayRecruiter hands you verified job orders in the vertical you know, a visible payout, and no overhead. Your clinical network — the thing agencies can't replicate — stays yours.
Every role shows its Listed Payout before you take it on — a percentage of the candidate's first-year base salary or a flat amount, set per role. On a $90,000 first-year salary with an 11% Listed Payout, the Success Fee is $9,900: $4,950 at Day 60 and $4,950 at Day 90. The figure you see at submission is the figure you are paid.
It depends when and why. Before Day 60, the fee is not payable. After Day 60 but within the guarantee period, you keep the first installment and the Day-90 installment is not paid. If the role is eliminated, there is a layoff, or the candidate has a qualifying medical event, you are paid on schedule — those are never held against you.
Yes. On written request, fees can be paid to a business entity you solely own — a single-member LLC or S-corp, for example — with a W-9 in the entity's name and matching bank details. You personally remain the contracting party, and the work must still be performed by you: no agencies, no subcontracting, no routing anyone else's work.
No insurance is required to activate. Professional liability / E&O coverage is optional, and if a specific client engagement requires evidence of coverage we disclose that on the role listing in advance. You are responsible for any business licences or registrations your own jurisdiction requires.
